What is 23GMT?
23GMT is a specialized Nostr relay with some constraints:
- Only accepts posts from 23:00 to 24:00 GMT
- Deletes its database at 01:00 GMT
- Only accepts events with kind 1 (text notes)
- Only accepts events with a NIP-70 "-" tag
- Rejects events with "e" tags (no replies)
